Code Ann. § 12-24-60","heading":"Notations.","body":"The clerk of court or register of deeds, before recording a deed subject to the fee imposed by this chapter, shall collect the fee and place a notation on the deed containing the following information: the date the deed was filed; the fee collected; and any other information required by the county.
