Code Ann. § 12-28-1560","heading":"Doing business without license; penalties.","body":"(A) No person may engage in a business activity in this State as to which a license is required by Article 11 of this chapter unless the person first obtains the license.\n(B) A person who negligently violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars and imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
