Code Ann. § 13-11-50","heading":"Area of jurisdiction; acquisition of property outside area.","body":"For the purposes of carrying out its powers and duties, the Authority shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of this chapter within the boundaries of that watershed in Fairfield County which is drained by the Little Wateree Creek and its tributaries.
