Code Ann. § 13-12-70","heading":"Notice requirements with respect to hearing on bond issue.","body":"Notice of the public hearing required by Section 13-12-60 shall be published by each county once a week for three successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. The notice shall state:\n(a) the time of the public hearing, which shall be not less than sixteen days following the first publication of the notice;\n(b) the place of the hearing;\n(c) the maximum amount of general obligation bonds proposed to be issued by the authority;\n(d) a statement setting forth the purpose for which the proceeds of such bonds are to be expended; and\n(e) a brief summary of the reasons for the issuance of such bonds and the method by which the principal and interest of such bonds are to be paid.","path":["Title 13 - PLANNING, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT","CHAPTER 12 Trident Economic Development Finance Authority"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t13c012.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T06:38:29Z","sha256":"a3fbc94e12d8e59d6a54578c5bbc4b988c5d13a6c331b423153da3aaf02c49cd","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-13-12-60","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-13-12-80"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
