Code Ann. § 13-15-50","heading":"Regulations.","body":"The Tri-County Coliseum Commission is authorized to promulgate regulations governing the use of roads, streets, parking facilities and all other facilities upon the lands of the Tri-County Coliseum Commission. Such regulations are declared to be applicable to the roads, streets and parking facilities under the control of the commission.
