Code Ann. § 14-23-40","heading":"Bond and oaths.","body":"Judges of probate before receiving their commission shall take the constitutional oath of office and the additional oaths required of such officers by Section 8-3-20 and shall enter into bond in the sum of five thousand dollars, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of the office, which shall be duly executed, approved, certified, recorded and filed as prescribed in Chapter 3 of Title 8.
