Code Ann. § 14-23-690","heading":"Successor to issue receipt for books, papers, and property of retiring judge.","body":"Before surrendering such books, papers and furniture the retiring judge of probate, or his representatives, shall be entitled to require a receipt therefor from such successor. Such receipt shall specify the number and title of every book and the number and description of every article of furniture, together with the order and condition of the books, papers and furniture.
