Code Ann. § 14-3-810","heading":"Duties of clerk with respect to opinions; fees when published in other than official reports.","body":"The clerk of the Supreme Court shall, upon the rendition of an opinion by the Supreme Court, deliver forthwith to the reporter of said court a certified copy of such decision made by the court, together with a copy of the printed arguments and the briefs of counsel, for use in publishing the South Carolina Reports.
