Code Ann. § 14-31-30","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following definitions shall apply to this chapter:\n(1) \"Pre-adjudicatory mental health court program\" means a program that allows an offender to expedite the offender's criminal case before conviction and requires successful completion of the mental health court program as part of the agreement.\n(2) \"Post-adjudicatory mental health court program\" means a program in which an offender has admitted guilt or has been found guilty and agrees to enter a mental health court program as part of the offender's sentence.\n(3) \"Combination mental health court program\" means a mental health court program that includes a pre-adjudicatory mental health court program and a post-adjudicatory mental health court program.","path":["Title 14 - COURTS","CHAPTER 31 Mental Health Court Program"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t14c031.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T06:40:19Z","sha256":"765c337b535cb6ccb25e4288c6c122c03e421f86f17813a31af811e4c156edae","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-14-31-20","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-14-31-40"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
