Code Ann. § 14-9-90","heading":"Duties and compensation of sheriff.","body":"The sheriff of the county shall attend upon all sessions of the county court and shall be subject to the orders thereof. He shall execute the orders, writs and mandates of the county court as required by law of him with reference to the circuit court.
