Code Ann. § 15-19-70","heading":"Filing of affidavit and serving copies thereof.","body":"The plaintiff procuring such warrant at the time of the issuing thereof shall cause the affidavit on which it was granted to be filed in the office of the clerk of the court of common pleas or with the magistrate in which or before whom the action is to be tried, within forty-eight hours after the issuance of the attachment.
