Code Ann. § 16-13-250","heading":"Effect when obtaining signature or property by false pretenses amounts to larceny.","body":"If upon the trial of any person indicted for a misdemeanor under the provisions of Section 16-13-240 it shall be proved that he obtained the property in such a manner as to amount in law to larceny he shall not, by reason thereof, be entitled to be acquitted of such misdemeanor.
