Code Ann. § 16-13-290","heading":"Securing property by fraudulent impersonation of officer.","body":"It is unlawful for a person, with intent to defraud either the State, a county, or municipal government or any person, to act as an officer and demand, obtain, or receive from a person or an officer of the State, county, or municipal government any money, paper, document, or other valuable things.
