Code Ann. § 16-13-480","heading":"Providing false identifications for use by unlawful aliens; penalty.","body":"Unless otherwise provided by law, it is unlawful for a person to make, issue, or sell, or offer to make, issue, or sell, a false, fictitious, fraudulent, or counterfeit picture identification that is for use by an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States.
