Code Ann. § 16-17-730","heading":"Charges for political advertisements in newspapers.","body":"No newspaper in this State shall charge more for a political advertisement than the local prevailing rate for a commercial advertisement and payment for such advertisement shall be under the same terms and conditions as payment for a commercial advertisement.
