Code Ann. § 16-3-410","heading":"Sending or accepting challenge to fight.","body":"It is unlawful for a person to challenge another to fight with a sword, pistol, rapier, or any other deadly weapon or to accept a challenge.\nA person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be imprisoned not more than two years.
