Code Ann. § 23-13-220","heading":"Appointment of more than one deputy for larger communities.","body":"In communities or localities of one hundred or more inhabitants two or more such deputies shall be appointed by the sheriff of the county in which the community or locality is situated, if the president, treasurer or other executive officer of the industrial corporation located therein shall so request in writing, the number of such deputies to be maintained in any such community to be determined by the industrial corporation.
