Code Ann. § 23-4-310","heading":"Creation of committee; members; terms.","body":"There is hereby established a Judicial Planning Committee whose membership shall be appointed by the Supreme Court in accordance with the Crime Control Act of 1976 (P.L. 94-503) so long as it is in effect. The Chief Justice or his designee shall serve as chairman of the committee.
