Code Ann. § 23-51-90","heading":"Reduced Cigarette Ignition Propensity Standards and Firefighter Protection Act Fund established.","body":"There is established in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the \"Reduced Cigarette Ignition Propensity Standards and Firefighter Protection Act Fund\". The fund shall consist of all monies recovered as penalties under Section 23-51-60.
