Code Ann. § 24-13-460","heading":"Furnishing prisoners alcoholic beverages or narcotic drugs; penalty.","body":"It is unlawful for a person in this State to furnish a prisoner in a local detention facility any alcoholic beverages or narcotic drugs, including prescription medications and controlled substances that have not been issued legally to the prisoner.
