Code Ann. § 24-3-60","heading":"Notice to Department of Corrections of number of prisoners sentenced to state prison system.","body":"The county clerks of court, upon the adjournment of the court of general session, in their respective counties, immediately shall notify the Department of Corrections of the number of prisoners sentenced by the court to imprisonment in the state prison system.
