Code Ann. § 30-5-110","heading":"Memorandum of livery of seizin shall be recorded.","body":"When any deeds or conveyances shall be acknowledged or proved as provided in this chapter in order to their being recorded, the memorandum of delivery and seizin thereupon made in deeds of feoffment shall in like manner be acknowledged or proved and shall be recorded with the deeds.
