Code Ann. § 31-1-420","heading":"Action by city council on plans, adoptions, or rejections by director.","body":"The city council to which plans and specifications shall have been submitted pursuant to item (5) of Section 31-1-410 shall return such plans and specifications to the director within fifteen days of their receipt by the council, together with such statements and recommendations as the council may desire to make.
