Code Ann. § 31-1-470","heading":"Sale or purchase of lands to or from municipality.","body":"Whenever the council of any municipality in which a project approved by the director is located shall determine by ordinance that any part of the land included in any such project should be maintained as a public park or grounds, such land may be purchased by the municipality for such purpose and thereafter be maintained as a public park or grounds.
