Code Ann. § 33-31-122","heading":"Filing, service, and copying fees.","body":"(a) The Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this subsection are delivered for filing:\n(1)\tArticles of incorporation\t$25.00\n(2)\tApplication for use of indistinguishable name\t$10.00\n(3)\tApplication for reserved name\t$10.00\n(4)\tNotice of transfer of reserved name\t$ 3.00\n(5)\tApplication for registered name\t$10.00\n(6)\tApplication for renewal of registered name\t$10.00\n(7)\tCorporation's statement of change of registered agent or registered office or both\t$10.00\n(8)\tAgent's statement of change of registered office for each affected corporation\t$ 2.00\n(9)\tAgent's statement of resignation\t$ 3.00\n(10)\tAmendment of articles of incorporation\t$10.00\n(11)\tRestatement of articles of incorporation with amendments\t$10.00\n(12)\tArticles of merger\t$10.00\n(13)\tArticles of dissolution\t$10.00\n(14)\tArticles of revocation of dissolution\t$10.00\n(15)\tCertificate of administrative dissolution\tNo Fee\n(16)\tApplication for reinstatement following administrative dissolution\t$25.00\n(17)\tCertificate of reinstatement\tNo Fee\n(18)\tCertificate of judicial dissolution\tNo Fee\n(19)\tApplication for certificate of authority\t$10.00\n(20)\tApplication for amended certificate of authority\t$10.00\n(21)\tApplication for certificate of withdrawal\t$10.00\n(22)\tCertificate of revocation of authority to transact business\tNo Fee\n(23)\tNotice of change of principle office\t$10.00\n(24)\tArticles of correction\t$10.00\n(25)\tApplication for certificate of existence or authorization\t$10.00\n(26)\tNotification by existing corporation\t$10.00\n(27)\tIrrevocable election to be governed\t$25.00\n(28)\tAny other document required or permitted to be filed by this chapter\t$10.00\n(b) The Secretary of State shall collect a fee of ten dollars each time process is served on him under Chapter 31 of this title.
