Code Ann. § 33-37-465","heading":"Short-term loans to corporation by members.","body":"A member may make short-term loans to the corporation independently of the loan calls made pursuant to Section 33-37-460. These short-term loans are not subject to the limitations and restrictions described in Section 33-37-460.
