Code Ann. § 33-46-440","heading":"Quorum.","body":"Each telephone cooperative shall establish in its bylaws what percentage and/or number of its members shall constitute a quorum and whether proxies will be considered in determining whether a quorum is present for the transaction of business at all meetings of the membership.
