Code Ann. § 33-46-520","heading":"Immunity.","body":"All directors of telephone cooperatives are immune from suits arising from the conduct of the affairs of the telephone cooperative. This immunity from suit is removed when the conduct amounts to wilful, wanton, or gross negligence.
