Code Ann. § 33-49-1040","heading":"Certificate of dissolution and affidavit.","body":"Upon such approval a certificate of election to dissolve, in this article designated the \"certificate,\" shall be executed and acknowledged on behalf of the cooperative by its president or vice-president and its corporate seal shall be affixed thereto and attested by its secretary.
