Code Ann. § 34-26-320","heading":"Model articles of incorporation to facilitate organization of credit unions.","body":"In order to simplify the organization of credit unions, the commissioner shall cause to be prepared model articles of incorporation and bylaws, consistent with this chapter, which may be used by credit union incorporators for their guidance.
