Code Ann. § 34-3-420","heading":"Statement shall be sent to Board; failure to report.","body":"The statements referred to in Section 34-3-380 shall be sent to the State Board of Financial Institutions within thirty days of the statement date requested and shall be in such form as may be required by the board.
