Code Ann. § 37-2-110","heading":"\"Cash price\" defined.","body":"Except as the administrator may otherwise prescribe by rule, the \"cash price\" of goods, services, or an interest in land means the price at which goods, services, or interest in land are offered for sale by the seller to cash buyers in the ordinary course of business, and may include:\n(1) applicable sales, use, and excise and documentary stamp taxes;\n(2) the cash price of accessories or related services such as delivery, installation, servicing, repairs, alterations and improvements; and\n(3) amounts actually paid or to be paid by the seller for registration, certificate of title, or license fees.\nThe cash price stated by the seller to the buyer pursuant to the provisions on disclosure (Part 3) of this chapter is presumed to be the cash price.","path":["Title 37 - CONSUMER PROTECTION CODE","CHAPTER 2 Credit Sales","Part 1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t37c002.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T07:09:14Z","sha256":"a1241c9fb816686f9de95422e7c36f8e1125a6718f368e0d28f8fe02c78c83e6","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-37-2-109","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-37-2-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
