Code Ann. § 37-2-402","heading":"Use of multiple agreements.","body":"A seller may not use multiple agreements with respect to a single consumer credit sale with intent to obtain a higher rate of credit service charge than would otherwise be permitted by the provisions on credit service charges for consumer credit sales (Section 37-2-201).
