Code Ann. § 37-6-112","heading":"Temporary relief.","body":"With respect to an action brought to enjoin violations of the title (Section 37-6-110) or unconscionable agreements or fraudulent or unconscionable conduct (Section 37-6-111), the administrator may apply to the court for appropriate temporary relief against a respondent, pending final determination of proceedings.
