Code Ann. § 38-75-430","heading":"Association shall file statement of transactions and the like; additional information.","body":"The association shall file with the department by March thirty-first of each year a statement which summarizes the transactions, conditions, operations, and affairs of the association during the preceding fiscal year ending October thirty-first. The statement must contain any matters and information prescribed by the department and must be in the form required by it.
