Code Ann. § 39-15-1130","heading":"Effective period, registration of mark; renewal.","body":"(A) A registration of a mark is effective for five years from the date of registration, and upon application filed within six months before the expiration of the registration in a manner complying with the requirements of the secretary, the registration may be renewed for five years. A renewal fee payable to the secretary shall accompany the application for renewal of the registration.
