Code Ann. § 39-15-470","heading":"Purchase or receipt of containers marked or branded from other than registered owner.","body":"It is unlawful for a person to receive or purchase a field box, crate, container, or receptacle marked or branded with a registered mark or brand as provided in this article from a person other than the registered owner or his duly authorized agent.
