Code Ann. § 39-37-130","heading":"Penalties; disposition of fines and penalties.","body":"Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, must be fined not less than two hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
