Code Ann. § 39-37-80","heading":"Issuance of license.","body":"The Department of Agriculture, if satisfied that the manufacturing plant or plants named in the application are maintained in accordance with the standards of sanitation prescribed in the rules and regulations promulgated under the authority of this chapter, shall issue, without cost to the applicant, a license for the manufacture of frozen desserts.
