Code Ann. § 39-51-120","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Except where otherwise provided by this chapter, any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for thirty days, or both.
