Code Ann. § 39-54-50","heading":"Availability of other consumer rights and remedies; damages.","body":"(A) This chapter must not be considered to limit rights or remedies available to a consumer under any other law or contract.\n(B) A waiver by a consumer of rights under this chapter is void.\n(C) In addition to pursuing another remedy, a consumer may bring an action to recover for damages caused by a violation of this chapter.
