Code Ann. § 39-9-120","heading":"Misrepresentation of price prohibited; display of price.","body":"No person may misrepresent the price of a commodity or service sold, offered, exposed, or advertised for sale by weight, measure, or count nor represent the price in any manner calculated or tending to mislead or deceive a person.
