Code Ann. § 39-9-208","heading":"Unlawful acts; criminal penalties.","body":"(A) A person who commits one or more of the acts enumerated in Section 39-9-200 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon a first conviction, must be fined not less than two hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than three months, or both.
