Code Ann. § 4-23-1290","heading":"Damage to property of fire district; penalty.","body":"It is unlawful for a person to wilfully destroy or damage a facility of the district or equipment used in the operation of a facility, to interfere with a member of a fire department in the discharge of his duties in the district, or to interfere with a fire apparatus used by the fire department in the district.
