Code Ann. § 4-23-40","heading":"Tax to be levied and collected; moneys credited to Fire District.","body":"The auditors and treasurers of Georgetown and Horry Counties are hereby directed to levy and collect a tax of not more than five mills, to be determined by the Board of Fire Control, upon all the taxable property of the District for the purpose of defraying the expenses incurred by the Board.
