Code Ann. § 40-13-300","heading":"Licensing of salons; issuance and display of license; license not transferrable.","body":"A person, firm, corporation, or association may apply to the board for licensing of a salon by submitting an application on a form prescribed by the board and paying the initial license fee. Upon approval of a salon, a salon license must be issued and the license must be displayed in a conspicuous place. The license is valid only for the location named on it and it is not transferable.
