Code Ann. § 40-2-590","heading":"Violations; penalty.","body":"A person who violates a provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than fifty dollars or more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than twenty days or more than sixty days.
