Code Ann. § 40-22-210","heading":"Injunctions; rule to show cause.","body":"To enforce this chapter or to restrain a violation of this chapter, the department, on behalf of the board, may petition an administrative law judge for an injunction in the name of the State as provided generally in civil cases.
