Code Ann. § 40-38-200","heading":"Violations; penalty.","body":"A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than fifty thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year. Each violation constitutes a separate offense.
