Code Ann. § 40-41-220","heading":"Encamping and trading in animals or commodities by nomadic individuals without license unlawful.","body":"It is unlawful for any nomadic individual, or bands of nomads, to encamp or to trade horses, mules, or other animals or commodities within any county of this State, without first obtaining a license from the clerk of the court.
